Tasting Notes:
Color: Cherry with high intensity of violet color.
Nose: Primary essences of ripe fruit, cherry, strawberry, lactic aromas
deep integrated with wood, spicy aromas and vanilla.
Mouth: Relevant tannins and elegance, well balanced and with a very persistent
prolonged.

Aging:

Barrel: 12 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels

Bottle: 6 months in bottle with continuous temperature controls
